Hand Built

At Southern New England Custom Kitchens, all our cabinetry is hand built by skilled craftsman. We do not buy and modify pre-made cabinets from the major manufacturers. We hand select each piece of wood and transform your design to furniture quality pieces, one at a time.

Many of our construction techniques have been passed down from generations of cabinet builders. Tried and true joinery and proper wood selection, in addition to the utmost care in fit and finish make our work truly heirloom quality.

Durable Construction Details

Full floating door panels, full and half-blind dovetail drawer boxes, heavy duty, stable case materials and solid joinery techniques are all part of why our Custom Kitchens, Baths and other furniture grade casework are designed to last for generations. All the pieces that we make are designed to be used by your entire family. We know that your kitchen and baths are the most used rooms in your home, so all of our products are designed with the needed duality in mind.

In House Finishing

In order to produce a warm and beautiful finish on each piece, we have an in-house painting and staining area where highly skilled finishers apply numerous coats to the wood, hand sanding and buffing to give a durable, deep lustrous finish.

Custom Designed

All of our pieces are custom designed for your application. We have a wide selection of classic styles to choose from, but each of the doors, draws, cases and trim details are selected, sized and created just for you. Whether you bring us your ideas or we help you with samples from our showroom, you will be pleased by the flexibility and countless options that you will have.

We Deliver and Install

At Southern New England Custom Kitchen, creating furniture quality cabinets, casework and moldings is only part of the job. We also deliver and custom install the pieces into your home. And you can rest assured, our installation crew is as meticulous as our cabinetmakers.

New Construction or Remodel

Whether you have a new construction home or an older home being renovated or remodeled, we work with your builder or contractor to ensure that all your kitchen cabinets, built in entertainment centers, bathroom vanities and office pieces fit precisely and are installed properly.

Finishing Touches

Once the cabinetry is placed, leveled and secured, we apply the finishing touches. We install all moldings and the hardware and ensure that all moving parts work smoothly and properly. We work with your electrician to make sure that any attached lighting or other electrical fixtures are installed cleanly and properly, and that any glass or specialized appliance panels are installed properly.

When our installers leave your home, we guaranty that you will be thrilled with our work. All you will have to do is show off your new home!
