Being a New England company, we realize that there are many home styles and design considerations in this section of the country. New England has many homes that may be 250 years and older to brand new construction. Home styles range from antique colonials, stately victorians, practical capes and modern contemporaries, to name a few. Being able to custom design your cabinetry gives you the flexibility in style, wood types, finish colors and hardware to maintain your home's unique personality while adding your personal touch to its history.

Full Extension Draws
Using the highest quality hardware for all our designs gives us the flexibility to create a product that is not only beautiful, but also durable and functional. For instance, the drawer slides are extra heavy duty, and allow the draw to slide all the way out of the cabinet, so you can get to all your storage space. The slides also enable you to quickly unlatch the drawer and remove it entirely for quick and easy cleaning.
Practical Door Hinges
You probably don't give too much thought to your door hinges, but at SNECK, we do. Doors take an enormous amount of abuse, and the hinge can be the weak link if not constructed and mounted properly. The design of the hinge also dictates the amount of adjustment that the door has, which is important for getting the best looking cabinets.
We use several different hinge designs and manufacturers, depending on the application and final desired look of the cabinets. Non-exposed hinges and hinges for bi-folding doors, and exposed hinges each have their own applications, and you can be assured that we will pick the correct product for each application.
Hardware Options
One of the nice things about custom cabinetry is your ability to express yourself. One way to do this is through your choice of door and drawer pulls. As small as these items may seem, they complete the design, and in many subtle ways, can actually make a good design great. At SNECK, we can show you many samples of different hardware, or you can choose your own. As long as we feel that your choice is a high enough quality to not adversely effect your entire project, we will get and install any hardware you choose. We will certainly help you decide if you wish, but the final decision is all yours.
